• When the Droopy server and client web browser systems are connecting across the internet, a port needs to be opened in the firewall/router fronting the LAN in which the Droopy server is located
• When the Droopy server and client web browser systems are connecting within the same LAN, a port does not need to be opened in the firewall/router.
