I believe @anticapitalista would rather understand the entirety of the issue rather than randomly adding and removing contents on a per case basis. As an interim solution though, creating a directory (individuals could even copy them to their own directory tree), or something like /etc/init.d-tmp/ and populating that with dbus and connman contents would ensure that these two important features won’t break from an unplanned file or directory removal.
Anticapitalista knows what is causing the init.d script removals as he has deliberately introduced this into the antix packaging (look at lines 11 to 15 from seatd.postinst). This is common on many antiX packages.
