    Your system is runit. Sysvinit scripts can still work with runit (on antix), but I think you do want them to be in runlevel 2 in that case.

    Maybe it would be better to adapt a native runit service file, though. @abc-nix may be able to help with that or if you post the contents of the sysv service file here, I could take a stab.
