Yeah, looking back, I see that too. So to get the STARTUP sound working, COPY that file from the location where the .wav files are located.
Turns out it means practically nothing. Who cares? To get it ABSOLUTELY perfect, IF a person wants a startup sound, shutdown sound, etc.,
these things have to be configured.

I’m very happy without all of that stuff; mine setup is fast and quiet!
