i think 8gb memory no need zram
I also have 8 GiB, and I’m glad antiX perfectly fine supports zram and zswap. More than once that has saved me from loosing my work of last hours due to insufficient memory, some programs not economising that frugally with the system’s resources as antiX itself does. Admittedly I have no experience with Bento, sorry. May be different in this spinoff, even when I can hardly believe that.
I have no idea how zram work
Simply activate it to learn what it does for you. We have created a gui for easy zram and zswap management in antiX (and its spinoffs).
