I’ll update the package next days with the fix after having re-checked the filters in use.
Was faster than expected. Updated antiX 25 Acoustic Colours package for testing ready at:

Direct download from gitlab. Please after downloading don’t forget
$ shasum -c antix-acoustic-colours.deb.sha512.sum
must read OK.
Install with
$ sudo apt-get install ./antix-acoustic-colours.deb
It merges the bugfixed filters from the newer easyeffects version from the non-backported acoustic-colours version 0.4 with the improved two-line GUI and improved internal handling of the filter config files etc from the 0.5 version I had written for the bookworm-backport. In particular the Speech processing operates now (again) on a complete different level, using a true speech processing unit like in 0.4 already (which isn’t available in the tool set provided by bookworm, so not in the 0.5-backport) now instead of just simple filters.
Please report whatever missing icons, install errors on console (make sure to have copied the fixed desktop-menu script into /usr/local/bin folder first, otherwise you’ll have errors from that issue). Report poisonous Erlenmeyer flasks and also whether the buttons keep their state after closing the panel and reopening it, and whether all the buttons change the sound for you as expected. (I believe I have squashed all that already, but who knows…)
Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.
