    I suggest that you disable all add-ons (or add-ons with different settings than those on the LMDE6/FF128.12.0esr).
    Also, antiX comes with a built-in advert blocker (functionality achieved by modifying file ‘/etc/hosts’); you can check whether it is “activated” antiX Control Centre -> Network -> Adblock.
    Disable it and try again (not sure if closing|quitting the browser and opening it again is necessary but it sure should not hurt).
