    I put four keymap assignments in my latest init.vim file:

    ” keymaps for writing and quitting

    map :q!
    map :w!
    map ZZ
    map ZQ

    The well informed reader will realize that F9 and F6 perform
    the same operations, also F8 and F7 perform the same operations.
