    If some provider has some Ubuntu installer (deb) and I run it, and it’s working, Are we good ? Or it’s bad….

    If it works, great.
    Sometimes it does not… *buntu has some differently named packages, i.e. package dependencies (additional programs to install) differ and it may result in a non-resolvable conflict.
