Sad to say many devices only work with windoze, it is not always the fault of the manufacturer,
component OEM can be the one causing problems. Pipo does not advertize the device as Linux compatible.

May be useful as your device is listed. I have not found any reports of fully succesful installation but it does not mean it is impossible.
Maybe give deepin or buntu a try if either work properly we are halfway to a solution.
