Don’t know how often your system actually swaps; if not often, that
may be something to look into for future consideration.I’ve also seen stuff about zswap and other techniques; I’ve never been
able to use them since my hardware doesn’t swap; don’t know if any
of those techniques are beneficial or not.
when I open more than 3 projects in Gimp , my system starts using swap .
i have enabled zram and zswap also , to prevent sudden freezes .
i have installed windowz , about 26Mb stuff was added to sda1 under a foolder named UEFI .
I hadn’t such partition or folder in my old legacy mode. I guess such data was only saved to windowz installation location (e.g sda2 itself)
