I was a regular Base user, but the menu became somewhat scruffy/overfilled with things that didn’t interest me.
So I vowed to create my own from core, I hate having lots of things on my computers that don’t get used…
But actually, I went over to Devuan, they have nice menu structure….I just got lazy I guess….maybe I’ll do it, eventually…. 😀
As a person who has had some affiliation and use of antiX as long as most of us, I hope you’re able to come back soon, whether it’s with a Core setup, or even Full. I’ve used Core and Base going back to their beginnings, but as I also said, since I retired, and also since Ethernet just isn’t accessible to me, it’s difficult to start up the other systems. Usually my newest systems don’t work with the kernels provided, so I have to go to one of my older systems to do the build, so that has a LOT to do with it. I don’t pull out my old systems all that often.
In any case, I hope you’ll miss antiX and end up back here!
