Errors occur only exceptionally when a person writes DIRECTLY, that is, WITHOUT TRANSLATION. That is why I refer here to my text in the German forum, which has data for the terminal that is STILL CORRECT!
The conclusion is: The trouble comes (as usual) from the automatic translation tools. And that is a well known issue, in particular with the recently introduced AI based translation, which hallucinates constantly. We observe this issue of increasing really ridiculous translation errors and completely distorted meaning in conversation using real time translation in IRC (hexchat), based on the mainstream online translator services like google translate or similar. People relying only on these should be prepared to see things like you describe happen constantly, and instead of accusing each other (or taking the mentioning of this issue as an accusation) they should laugh about this, and try to find workarounds instead. No reason for raking one another over the coals, really.
For example, fix the mangled strings manually in the already translated text before sending, or afterwards by editing the respective posting. Or put them into a text file, zip it, and add it as an attachment to the posting. Both will ensure the strings will not be distorted by automatic translators in Forums.
Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.
