@PDP-8 offhand I do not recall your location, so I don’t know what kind of
devices and brands you have access to. I’ve had really good success in the
USA with a variety of Sandisk styles and form factors. Though PNY has also
worked for me, they are nowhere near the quality I’ve been fortunate to use
with my antiX and other USB Flash Drives.

1M or 4M works fine; what @anticapitalX discussed is right on and extremely
similar to what I’ve done, though recently I just use the USB Maker, which
does an excellent job, regardless of the media available.
