    configuration file?
    package “network-manager” installs a file here:
    /var/lib/polkit-1/10-vendor.d/org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.pkla

    I would have expected that file belongs here:
    /etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.pkla
    but that dir is empty
