Suppose you create an ISO Snapshot image above and successfully build it on a USB. All that’s necessary in that case is to reboot, select the USB as you download (some computers may require you to press some function key; this is difficult to describe because the function key you select in that case varies depending on the make and model of your system; some systems might ask you directly if you want to boot from USB or your hard drive, other systems will boot as usual unless you figure out which keys to use; each time I get a different computer I have to figure it out; some use F1, F2, F9, F10, or F12, so that’s about as close as I can get to guiding in this; try each of these, one at a time until you stumble on the right one. The other option is to DIG as I typically do. When I get a different computer, if I have a manual, I check it; if not, I go online, searching for boot loader, function keys and things like that until I find the information I seek; this can take hours or minutes, depending on if the information is readily available or has to be uncovered by trial and error or paging through lots of documentation. Unfortunately since it differs from system to system, there’s no one guaranteed answer to how to successfully boot from USB.
