If I recall correctly, some other users reported similar GRUB installation issues on UEFI systems during the antiX 25 beta1 testing . I hope this fix will address their problems as well.

I only tested antiX beta1 in frugal mode

I’d be happy to help, but I’d prefer not to reinstall my current working antiX 25 (xfce version) setup since I’ve already configured it. If there’s a way to test the installer’s UEFI/ESP detection logic without doing a full reinstall, I’m available to assist.
