I looked at the log. There has been nobody in the past week that tried to register and was rejected except for spammers. I cleared it last week after checking them and it doesn’t look like its been cleared since then. I usually check and clear it on Monday night or Tuesday am.
There is no automatic contact system that I know of. 99.9% of contact attempts are from spammers. It could be hard to find a real one because of that (needle in a haystack). If it says he’s not registered, then there is no way it will do the lost password steps. He needs to register. If he got an error trying to register the most likely causes would be an invalid email address or trying to register from a high spam network. A VPN connection can cause the latter. He could send you a pic of the error. We could go look at the log for it if need be.
We don’t know when he tried to register, the error message, his user id or his email, and without those there isn’t any more we can do to help.
