Does /dev/md126 exist and can you mount it?
I have never used a triple digit name. I cannot recall if the installer will account for triple digit naming amounts. If you can mount /dev/md126 try making a symlink named /dev/md1 to /dev/md126 (or /dev/md/126 or however the raid is named) and using md1 in the installer. If that works the installer will need to be updated for triple digits.
