I like Dual turntables starting with Product code “CS”. But not the newer ones after the name has been sold to cheep low quality producers, who misused the name to disguise their inferior stuff behind it since. I use a CS 620 Q from the mid 1980ies here, which is not audiphile quality, but pretty good and rock solid. No trouble with worn out rubber belt or wheel, since it has a direct drive. You can find them second hand. Meanwhile no new production from original Dual production line unfortunately. They no longer exist. Check for low flutter, high linearity in frequency curves, low total harmonic distortion etc, in short HiFi (DIN 45500). Prefer diamant needle above saphir, and make sure the crystal is never damaged or worn out. If so, replace it immediately.
Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.
