That would do the trick too. Glad to see that whatever happened to menu-applications did not occur across all window managers; maybe it was just me anyway and something I did. In any case, I am reinstalling; first I’ll run live once again; I’m pretty sure all five of the init variations worked properly live because I tested them; I’ll do it again, install, check them all before adding my tweaks, then I’ll snapshot and go from there. Could be operator error on my part. Yeah, I usually know what I’m doing, but that doesn’t eliminate occasional errors on my part, sometimes it’s typing, sometimes it’s accidentally missing a step, there are many possibilities why I have things messed up. The fact is that it happened; whether it’s a defect or a boo-boo on my part will come out after a rework and also based on the observations that others encounter. I’m assuming that these couple of problems relate to something I unintentionally broke; we’ll see if that’s the case or not.
