There is no Bookmark Edit per se. You can search for bookmarks by typing in the urlbar. In the resulting list, both bookmarks and history entries appear. There is a delete button next to each entry, to get rid of it.
And if you’re on an already bookmarked document, the Bookmark button offers a command to delete the bookmark.
Maybe, a bookmark manager will be available as an extension in the future.
