By renaming the gtk-3.0 folder nothing gets “repaired”.
All you get here is, OS can’t find the path to it anymore.
It might “repair” some apps, but it’ll “break” some others.
Check it with file archiver — that’s Gtk3 app.
Also, if you’re happy, then everythin’s fine.
No matter how terrible it might look.
