antiX23-desktop-files updated version for antiX 26, successfully tested on 26RC1-full-32bit already.

Cleaned up the overcrowded menus from antiX 23, following the concept:
– All duplicate entries removed from the Menu. All entries show up strictly in a single category.
– antiX Submenu now deals with actually antix related stuff. All the antiX tools are pigeonholed into the categories where they actually belong. It doesn’t make any sense to have them all unsorted duplicate in a special antiX category, since the complete Main Menu represents antiX. I guess that resembles more distinctly the mean and lean philosophy of antiX.
– Additionally, all what is in Control Centre has been removed from the menu categories, so users have no longer to search in two places. Now the user will find all what is needed for system maintenance and system management exclusively in the antiX Control Centre, raising its profile and rendering spotting the available tools way easier, since Control Centre provides a significantly more granular categorising than the menu. This means, the updated Control Centre is an integral part of the antiX menu concept now, which is why I have it temporarily included into the test package so you can check out the master plan easily (while I’ll send a separate merge for the control centre at gitlab once completely tested, and update my git space with the most recent antiX23-desktop files as well.) Same goes for the additional antiX-Help-Video desktop file, which should most likely not live in the desktop-files package, you’ll know in which package to put it.
And now, for people who like crowded menus: All the entries removed from the categories are marked in the respective .desktop files with comments, so it is pretty simple to look them up and switch them in a single sed command loop to menu visibility again. This means, you can have the translations from the antiX23-desktop-files package, and still the crowded menu you know already from antiX 23.
Known issues: A few of the new .desktop files which have enhanced functionality included, developed and tested still on antiX 23, refuse working in antiX 26 now. Seems some expected functionality has changed, so I’ll have to rethink how this can now be implemented. You won’t notice that, since the desktop files affected are either from tools and programs not installed by default in antiX (i.e. they stem from the antiX package-installer listings Marcelo @marcelocripe and me had combed through,extracted and prepared the needed files from them), or they are disabled in the menus because they are part of the Control centre. I guess the issue can be easily fixed by writing wrapper scripts instead of having the functionality included into the .desktop files directly, the latter had worked in antiX 23 reliable still, but not in antiX 26.
Please note: While working on the control centre, I have cleaned up a bit, so no longer multiple ICON folders are in use, which occurred originally because not all needed icons could have been found in the ICON folder, but that is a never ending story; proceeding that way would mean each next antiX version increases the number of additional ICONnn folders to be managed in the code, which is not applicable on the long run. Instead now all icons control centre requires are again expected to live in ICONS=/usr/share/icons/antix-qogir (resp. ICONS=/usr/share/antix-papirus for antiX 23). You may use the icons from the test package, which have been trimmed a bit in file size and rendered capable of being differentiated by re-colouring or recreating some of them so the user recognizes the different tools on first sight.
This still is not the final Control Centre version I envision for antiX 26, all the improved functionality which @anti-apXos and me had prepared some time ago already, waiting still in the testing branch will be included next days, so it gets console help and the ability to call it by a command line option opening a specific tab, as well as the “new” gettext syntax applied.

What is needed now to be applied by the community to this updated version now? → All functionality in menus and control centre, in particular the integrated installers, needs to be checked on a virgin antiX, preferable on a Live system. Whether all the icons show up properly before and after install. Same goes for the integrated toggles. All integrated installs occur on first use of a tool, only then the Icon colour will change from red (= not installed) to the normal icon colour. And finally: whether some functionality is missing, has got lost on tranfer, either in Control Centre or in the Menu; keep in mind the concept, that it should show up only in one of them. Consider the Control Centre being an integral part of the main menu. And finally: Do the already existing translations which have been harvested from Transifex work ? (Tested OK in German, needs to be checked in all other languages still.)
