Nope, if your hardware works with the mainline 6.6 antiX kernel you’d just stick to that.
What about libreoffice and yt-dlp?
I was just alluding to firmware coming from ahs, but since you brought it up:
I don’t really see much of a point in antiX including the backport version of libreoffice in the default installation. I would keep it simple & just point to stable.
Those users that really need the bleeding edge version of libreoffice for a specific reason can upgrade it themselves from backports, for the majority of others the stable version receiving just security updates should work just fine as a default.
yt-dlp is another story, the stable version could be blocked from working therefore you’d want the bleeding-edge version from backports.
