    A little known fact about many packages in the package installer is that they come from the MX repos. The mx testing repos are enabled only for the installation of these packages (then disabled after the fact).

    For winehq-staging, either the mx testing repos now need something special from the official mx repos (and that is why wine-staging cannot be installed), or the version available for some packages have changed in the bookworm backport repos. Try to manually install winehq-staging following the official docs instead.
