(this is sort of related to backups, that is certainly my goal here!)

Just installed on (and posting from) an Intel i5 NUC (from a heavily remastered Live USB!), took a while to get my head around the various processes, but I made a rough diagram of what I learned about remastering/snapshots (there is a hint of this in https://antixlinux.com/the-most-extensive-live-usb-on-the-planet/, but I prefer visuals where they help). Perhaps something _like_ this could be added to that document.

One more thing, “Extensive” is merely a synonym for “Big”. I think “Versatile” is a much better description!

So, I can now back up my MX thinkpad and antiX NUC via snapshotting (I was previously relying on file & image backups), and I have a live antiX USB with all the packages for building my own software etc. This is sufficient for me, as all my important data is on a network drive.
