If you were joking, I could tell you that sometimes you make copy and paste mistakes… and realize it too late.
Speaking of xenotransplants, I do them to Linux distros: I put pieces of MX in Ubuntu, pieces of MX and Sparky in Devuan, I also converted the zzzFM packages into arch packages and put them in Manjaro.
If there is no compatibility, however, the thing fails and sometimes there are rejections, like when I try to put Ubuntu packages in Debian. I don’t know why Ubuntu packages (still) have the extension deb and not ubp, since they are not compatible, and then it gets confusing.
