Yes, I’ve used slim for several years, & love it. I know that I wouldn’t have these issues with slim, & didn’t realize the there was a noticable difference in resouce usage. I assumed it would be about the same. I like slimski in that it gets updates. I hadn’t thought of replacing slimski with slim & would contemplate doing so if I don’t end up solving this problem. Thanks Bunches, though, the idea gives me options I hadn’t considered.
