    When I try to use the same files (keys and preferences) in antiX 26, the Fn keys don’t work, except for F11 (for full screen).

    Did|Do the Fn keys work correctly before your custom modifications?
    E.g. Ctrl+F5 is used for reloading tabs of browsers, it may not work in all of the browsers.
