This could be a motivation for the maintainer of the page to consider switching to a version per a single-line instead of a 2-column table (the table has its reasoning as well: column = 64|32-bit; line = full|core).
Three comments:
1) When mouse hovers over the link in Firefox browser, it displays the link in left-bottom corner which can be used to verify you get the version you want
2) Consider using mirrors below the topmost sourceforge download links; sourceforge was known to be slow in the past, local mirror – if available (some are not active yet, e.g. Chile-Santiago, Belgium – Brussels and I guess some others as well) could result in a faster download.
3) I once downloaded a wrong version of some package myself from official web of the provider… sometimes, one is not careful enough and proceeds in unnecessary|undesirable haste.
