    @anticapitalista thank you for setting me on the right road, I hold my hand up and admit my lack of observance!

    I was installing antiX on my laptop in front of the TV last night and not completely focused. I assumed the .iso installer was the same as always and just went with the first option, instead of selecting an init system; sysvinit. The installation on my PC is working well out of the box and the only issue I have at the moment is fstab is trying to mount samba shares to early and the _netdev switch isn’t fixing it. 😀 There installing and using Core with runit to come.
