    It WAS relevant – although I can’t find my post to actually confirm it.

    My point was that antiX does NOT allow a user to create their own X session. I have grepped /etc/X11 for xinitrc and there is nothing that defers to the user’s choice. I was just lucky there was already something for FVWM otherwise I would be in the same boat!

    This means that anyone who wants something “extra”, like XFCE, has to come cap-in-hand and beg nicely for a new session type. Hardly user-freedom IMO.

    Are you going to tell me where (I assume from your tone that it was you who removed it) my post has gone?
