32 Bit is still everywhere, there is a drive to replace it on Linux that seems to be led by IBM
working through Red Hat.
Most 3rd world country’s and much of Asia including rural china still use 32 bit win XP so it is going
to stay around a lot longer 🙂
It is still the standard in Industry and the embedded market, it quietly powers our vehicles, banking
systems many governments and Industry.
Valve tech is by the way not dead, it is immune to EMP or solar flare energy so military and many parts of
industry still use it.
Modern valves are no longer the fascinating glowing glass beasts we knew as kids though, many as small as
metal cased transistors..
