Dear russell – if you are booting from DVD, because you are using devices that don’t support booting from USB, prepare to have your world rocked (well, not really, but this can save you a bit of time and your optical drives too) – there’s a way to boot from a cd that then allows you to boot to USB on devices that don’t originally support doing that.
