Thanks Brian — there’s a page at sparky that leads me to believe perhaps 32-bit builds might exist (but I can’t do the repo stuff now). Is there a way for those of your who have the liquorix repos enabled to list / check for current 32-bit status?
Also, FWIW, I have a bare (no pae) smp 32-bit for antiX 23 built here and a pae build currently killing my laptop 😉 …6.1 probably tomorrow unless old-guy bladder kicks-in tonight (sigh).
Oh sorry; I did not take 32-bit systems into account; I got rid of my last 32-bit system over eight years ago because only antiX and one or two other distributions ran on 32-bit software even back in early 2018; I moved South in May 2018 and rid myself of the 32-bit hardware between January and April of that year in preparation for our move; both my wife and I got rid of a lot; we had a two bedroom condo with plenty of extra room; we now have a one bedroom apartment in a Senior Citizen community; we do have a cage where we put junk we pull out once or twice a year, but we have identified items we have NOT pulled out of that cage, so there’s more room for further “elimination” of excess “stuff”.
That doesn’t help you; I’ll see if there are any recent 32-bit kernel projects still alive besides ours at antiX.
I don’t think there are many of them, but I will at least look.
