Thanks for your reply… Yeah, that what I assumed was happening, but no matter which button I pushed, it remained locked on the black screen… I actually ended up reinstalling the whole system… I wanted to try the 64 bit iso anyway, and it’s working fine now! I’ll just make sure and steer clear of hitting that key again! Strange that it had such a catastrophic effect on my T60… Thanks again,
