antix-contribs-testing 里面内容可以全删，主要作为测试。那为什么还需要权限管理？
antix-contribs 每个人都能加入，都能随意更改，那如何避免有人搞破坏或者小白不经意间的误操作。
antix-development是stable 即prd

I have some questions about this version control.

The contents of antix-contribs-testing can be completely deleted; it’s mainly for testing. So why is access control still needed?

Anyone can join antix-contribs and make changes freely. How do we prevent malicious activity or accidental misoperations by inexperienced users?

antix-development is stable, i.e., a PRD.

These are the community management rules for the first two sections that I’m confused about. I don’t find them logically consistent.
