Let us know if the work that @CharlesV did is working well. We want to block the inappropriate sites from that region, but we’d like to INCLUDE those from any region who are NOT spammers and who wish to communicate in helpful, sharing ways.

This has been set up; as long as it doesn’t cause traffic, access, spam or intrusive issues we’ll retain the changes, and fine tune them as needed so we can hopefully do both.
