    I am not sure I understand it, as MXD also creates live-usb in full function, just fails to create data partition, but regardless, Both antiX and MX Live-usb-maker works the same, both fully functional. All Live tools in antiX and MX are the same. This is where strength of MX and antiX is – Live tools that no other Linux distro comes even close.
    Thanks for your research and hopefully it will be the fix to this critical issue.
