If disabled, then user services will not work, Turnstile will not control the user session, the graphics stack and interact with dinit. System services will work as before.
I do not know if this is my problem I have with booting dinit on antiX 26 or something else, but one of the reasons I am trying to understand this architecture and differences from antiX implementation is that I am still not able to boot dinit all the way to desktop on antiX 26, but MXD dinit works.
I remember @ProwlerGr confirmed this happening in his testing but was able to fix it in his VB. I do not have enough understanding of dinit to assess the cause and why your implementation does not exhibit this issue in my testing.
This my experimentation with MXD is on theoretical level, trying to understand underlying dinit architecture.
