There are problems with the libdinitctl library
Methods that only send data (SetEnvironment, Shutdown, ListServices—although it returns data, but the structure is simple) work.Methods that should return specific data (logs, directories, environment) fall.
What is impact on the user’s experience of this that methods that should return specific data, such as logs do fail?
I am not a programmer (any more).
In the interim I added Openbox as the second window manager to chose in addition to kwin, mostly for shaving memory footprint.
Now I do have a choice whether to use kwin in MXD for fancy effects or Openbox/MXD for simplicity and right-click functionality…
I am looking forward to further enhancements you might be publishing with new isos, as will continue testing in the EU, as I will be moving there for a few months…
