If you’re adverturous (it looks like you are since you were willing to break your system by trying to install the amber packages), you may want to look at my amber “tip” post here: https://www.antixforum.com/forums/topic/mesa-amber-install-shortcut-easily-undoable/
It’s for the older intel amber drivers, but with some adjustments, may work for Radeon too! First, I’d try fetching the mx_repo amber pkg contents (the tip explains how to do that), un-tar them and look for a radeonsi_dri.so file. You’ll also need to first restore your system to the base (modern) mesa packages before applying any of the changes described in the tip! Take good notes as you go, so that you can easily switch everything back if it doesn’t work for you or you decide to stick with modern DRI2 mesa!
You can ignore the intel i9## files/stuff and instead use the radeon/ati-equivalents as applicable!
