    Hi @danieledel. Great you like antiX, and welcome to the forums.

    First question: What antiX version are we talking about? In antiX 26 herbstluftWM is no longer in the menus (sadly), to satisfy mainstream users who are obviously afraid of it. Instead you can reach it (like all the others) via antiX Control Centre, section Desktop, entry Other Desktops now. While in antiX 23 and also 21/22 herbstluftWM is still prominently in the Menu, (which from my point of view it rightly deserves)

    It is not difficult to cosmetically remove the entries from the menu, this goes for all antiX releases. Just edit the text files you find in /usr/share/desktop-session/wm-menus and remove all the lines from them which correspond to WMs you don’t want to have displayed. As said, you can then access them via Control Centre still, if needed later.

    Please note, backup your modified files somewhere else, since they live in a place where they will be overwritten by updates of the package desktop-session-antix, which owns these files.

    Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.
