To the point: I was wondering if anyone has thought of using an existing rolling release, like Void, and putting all the antiX goodness into it? Runit, No systemd, and seatd/elogind are already existing or installable options, yadda yadda).
Unfortunately, XBPS is far from perfect and is far inferior to APT. Void is better than Arch, but in many ways just as brittle. The Void package base is also strongly tied to elogind and enterprise solutions. In principle, it is possible to make Void with solutions from antiX, but this is not viable – it should be a team effort.
