    For what its worth,

    My Fujitsu T4220 is having no problem with 17.3.1. I was told that as long as I updated regularly, it isn’t different than a 17.4 install.

    This model is older than yours by ~ 5 years?

    I am running a BIOS/GPT setup.

    If I can try something for you, let me know.
