    I would get support from VMWARE forums. I doubt you will find much help with a tool few of us use.

    Some things I saw from your log:

    Increase your core dump size (right now you have it set at “ZERO”). When an error like this happens, it will save real relevant info in the core dump, which you will need to figure out the error.

    If I had to guess, I would say it is related to your graphic card (this is me making stuff up). Maybe you need a proprietary driver. I really cannot say.
    If no one can help here, VMware community will be a better option.
