    I know your topic is about multiboot on USB drive. But when you mentioned checking out different distros to see what they include it reminds me of what I do on some of my old machines. I have one in particular, a P-III with two hard drives for a total of 250GB. I install these different distros to the hard drives and use Grub to handle the booting. I have about 15 distros on this one machine.

    I do have one USB drive that I have multibooting antiX 32-bit, antiX 64-bit, and MX 64-bit. I used the default Syslinux boot files. I use it as my pocket troubleshooter. I can boot on any machine in either 32 or 64 bit.
