    Execute this in terminal to know about the startup file permissions.
    ls -lh /home/Maksim/.desktop-session | grep startup
    It should look similar to:
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 user user 1.3K Jul 1 08:32 startup
    where “user” would be “Maksim”, and -rwxr-xr-x should be exactly the same.
