    If MX and antiX are the only installed systems (no WIndows), you just need to install them normally, WITH grub (installing the system you want to manage grub LAST).

    Also, you provide no info on how the system boots. Is it MBR? Is it EFI?

    If both systems are already installed, using the Boot repair on the system you want to manage Grub/boot will/should set it up proerly.

    Let us imagine you want MX Linux to manage the Boot. Use a MX Linux/antiX live USB and use Boot repair to:
    1. Reinstall Grub/boot in (MBR for Legacy boot or ESP for EFI systems; choose depending on the system), selecting the MX partition and the whole disk (or EFI partition).
    2. Repair boot on the same place as in 1.

    Boot repair needs to 1 Reinstall and the Repair to fix for sure the issue.

    Researching the MX forum or this forum would have given you the answer in 5-10 minutes, without wasting time waiting for an answer.
